In principle, you as the customer must bear the costs for the return. Unless we are at fault – in which case we will, of course, bear the costs.

We will then check whether it is too late to stop the process and if not we will prevent the dispatch of the goods.
If you have ordered by prepayment, just let us know and we will cancel the order.
Payment options:
You can order from us via prepayment/bank transfer, PayPal, on account, credit card, direct debit, Amazon Payments or cash on delivery.
Please transfer the outstanding amount directly to PayPal – you will receive an e-mail from PayPal after the purchase with all relevant data for the transfer.
Shipping:
We ship to the following countries: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France as standard. Other countries on request.
Our standard shipping costs within Germany for parcel shipping are € 8.90, regardless of the weight or quantity of the order. For products on the 100cm length in one piece, such as. e.g. airlinetracks or barrier beams, we also charge a one-off bulky goods surcharge of €7.80 - no matter how many you order, even if you order different items that are oversized. All products for which we charge the bulky goods surcharge are marked. The shipping costs are waived from a goods value of 150€ for Germany, the bulky goods surcharge is still due depending on the product. You can find more countries here.
We ship by GLS or DHL as standard, and send larger quantities on pallets by forwarding agent.
